Great service to be provided to people, however, travelling to Southport and ran 2 minutes late to be told no sorry you need to re-book , you wait in the waiting room for a Period of time as it is so I don’t see how 2 minutes is reason to cancel someone appointment

The centre is big and the staff, friendly. Sadly, being a government run facility, the staff endure more than their share of abuse which is never warranted. The orthodontist I saw was wonderful. Very professional and knows his craft well. I've never been comfortable with any dentists in the past but this time, I had next to no nerves. The service is free for those on a pension or holding a health card, I believe. Going back again soon. The only drawback is parking! There's very little and what is available requires payment....meters etc.

The Dentist and her assistant were very caring and gentle while removing a difficult tooth. I felt no pain at all. I am so happy to have found this clinic

Very Bad experience all-round. Extract my teeth hadn't considered to save my teeth which had broken off. Dentist, said I had infection? So why did I not get antibiotics for the infection?
No hygiene was used after taking my teeth out. No rinsing my mouth and just felt an animal would be treated better.

The clinic is much better now than it was.
I have deleted my negative review.
I rang and was given an appointment the next day. The young student dentist did a good job.
Reception was helpful and obliging.
Thank you for restoring my faith in the public health system.
