If I could rate 0 starts I would.
Dr Borland spoke to me disrespectfully and dismissed all of my health concerns. He did not read my file history (with very recent specialist letters of recommendation) and told me that my concerns were a TikTok diagnosis. As a female, I have never felt more dismissed about my health. Also, the concerns have since been confirmed and diagnosed by professionals who listened to me actually did their job.
After putting a formal complaint to the surgery I did not hear back for 3 months. This displays the care, or lack thereof, that this business has for their clientele.

Absolutely horrible experience. My first and last visit.They've least concern on someone's time. Turned us back with various excuses twice for a simple vaccination. Now I know why they have 2.6 stars on Google. I wish there was a way for ga negative rating. They deserve negative rating.

Must make appointments, usually open at 8am (sign in the doors says “sorry for the inconvenience today we open at 9am”) waited full 9 place is empty and was told without an appointment I can’t be seen till 10.30 despite no one else being there.

If your appointing only at least have the curtesy to put that in your door instead of wasting people time.

This place is a joke, Dr Anthony Cao is definiteley by far the most disinterested and incompetent doctor I've come across.

You would have a better chance dying then getting any help from this clown show

Doctors didnt check me at all, never leave their chairs and this isnt the first time either by multiple doctors at this practice.
This was second time in a week seeing this doctor and same thing from him both times.
Proscribing child strength antibiotics to full grown male without doing checks.
Lucky I asked the pharmacist about the antibiotics and he informed how rubbish they were, went to a different doctor was 1000 times better, checked everything as they should told me the medication prescribed was rubbish and gave me proper medication to treat my infection.
This doctor I saw should have his licence taken absolute rubbish.
Suggest all see a vet before these doctors

Absolutely appalled. STAY AWAY ! My daughter went in for a standard consultation today with Anthony Chu. To my horror when she came back crying. He had to do a body examination and touched her stomach with a Reply of “oh a bit of excess fat need to work on that”. ?absolutely disgusting. As my daughter has severe depression as well as an eating disorder. She’s refused to leave her room and eat dinner with us. I’m Beyond upset. As a parent this is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. She’s made great improvements to her health. What a set back. Will be calling corporate. As there was no need for an exam in the first place.?

Made appointment on the phone for following day. Arrive for appointment to be told there’s no such appointment. Previous appointment: was prescribed a medicine by Dr Hu that doesn't even exist once I got to the chemist. Rude receptionists. Glad it’s not my regular doctor and only attend once in a blue moon.

Dr B is a dismissive doctor that showed zero interest or compassion for my health concerns. His approach was so dismissive that I did not feel comfortable asking further questions or bringing up other issues I had been experiencing. Unsure if a male patient would have the same experience as I did.
