Would not recommend this place as the doctor satchwell is never on time and had to wait over 1hour to be seen and there was other ppl was waiting and just walked out

Both Dr Park and Dr Satchwell are great doctors. The previous receptionist was amazing helpful, kind, understanding and went above and beyond if you needed an emergency appointment especially for a child.

The receptionist that is now there, is extremely unhelpful. I am a registered patient, have been since they opened and all previous receptionist were great.

There have been multiple times I have phoned for an emergency appointment for a child and the new receptionist does not accommodate, no matter the emergency and says there's no appointments until next week.

The receptionist might have a nice voice on the phone, but that's where it stops. I am so disappointed with the receptionist and having to deal with her, along with the lack of appointments, that after this mornings call, I'm going to change to a different practice.

I'm so over being offered an appointment in a week or two's time especially when requesting an emergency appointment.

May as well not be registered and just go to hospital emergency, because that's where I end up every single time. Just before Christmas I was unwell and requested an emergency appointment, offered me an appointment a week later. Ended up calling and ambulance and was given fluids on the spot by paramedics.

And to the receptionist Kiara - have a bit of empathy once in a while. If a parent is calling for an emergency appointment for a child - it generally can't wait a week.

Update: Lucky for us Harrington Health Hub saw us as a new patient today, gave us an emergency appointment within 1hr and my son is now at Port Macquarie Hospital in the children's ward awaiting surgery for appendicitis.

Dr Satch is the best Dr in the world! He's been my doc for around 8 yrs now and in that time he has worked miricale after miricale for me and not once let me down. I trust him completley and he genuinely cares about people.
