I went in to have a blood test and saw the wonderful Melissa. Melissa was lovely, very professional, and so gentle. As someone who doesn't like needles I can say that I hardly felt a thing and felt very at ease in Melissa's capable hands. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I now believe what the reason is that they have low ratings. Myself and an elderly gentleman had sat in that waiting room from 8:30am only to be brushed aside for clients that booked and had specialty tests at 12:30pm. An elderly gentleman barely able to sit in a seat and a pregnant female told to fast had to wait until 12pm to be told they’ll be seen when they get a chance! And the doctors wonder why my tests haven’t been done yet, maybe if you put on another staff member things would’ve gone a lot smoother.

My GF went in for a blood test and the nurse couldn't see a vein but decided to stab her with the needle and acted surprised that no blood was coming out because of missing the vein completely and then decided to twist the needle while it was still in her arm causing a great deal of pain. Never coming back again. Should hire better staff.

Staff are always very friendly.
Very gentle when taking bloods.
Even in Covid times I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.
