The doctor disregarded my pain in my stomach, didn't ask me any questions, didn't welcome me when I entered their office, and when they gave me the referral didn't explain what I was to do with it. They have now not written the referral letter correctly as to the type of ultrasound I need so Jones radiology are unsure and have to chase up their own doctor to figure it out before I can go in for an appointment. They didn't explain what they thought it could be and just merely suggested it was a 'sprain' even though no activity has been done to suggest that. Completely unprofessional, unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable and upset when leaving.

I’m sorry, am I disturbing your tea break? Which is precisely how I felt when I was called in with my daughters and suspected chicken pox by the absolutely incompetent and totally dismissive and really uninterested in ANYTHING to do with patient care “doctor”. Couldn’t have been less interested in anything we asked or I had to say, or concerns. Spent 5 mins typing on her computer at the end without communicating any after care or treatments. Hopeless and I will NEVER set foot into this clinic ever again! You my dear are in the wrong profession and should make room for a doctor that actually cares about their patients. I have never left a review of this caliber but you need instant dismissal and should possibly go and find a new career because you’re awful at the one you’re currently in. Do better!

Amazing receptionist always managed to get sick kids in if I call close to 6pm and the drs are thorough and explain things - dr Gary and the receptionist in tonight (wed 19th) called this very anxious mumma with a toddler head knock and I’m so greatful

Dr Hamish Eaton is fantastic, friendly ,very knowledgeable on all subjects. He has helped me understand a lot about my conditions when other specialists leave me confused

Absolutely gob smacked and annoyed walked in with a client and was told cant come in with a cloth mask on need a blue medical one..which i went out to car and changed not a problem..BUT whilst waiting for client 4 people walked in each wearing a cloth mask and nothing was said to them.

Have no concept of appointment times. We booked a 3:40pm appointment today, turned up slightly before, didn't get in until 4:40pm...pathetic!

Absolutely pathetic and grumpy evening GP. If you can hold off to wait and see your regular GP, do so. Not concerned with you as a patient, just billing Medicare to get their $.
