My doctor consulted google for my issue and sent me to the pharmacy for an over the counter treatment. Not the end of the world but doesn't install confidence. Then payment machine was down so had to leave and call back later. Then when I called to pay it was down again. Then I emailed for an invoice and they sent an invoice with no payment details on it so I requested a new one. I didn't get one and instead got an email saying to pay up or they will get debt collection! Won't be coming back.

I came in as walk in no appointment booked , I was in pain and it was a busy times but the lovely manager fitted me in and didn’t tell me to go somewhere else , great service and great Drs.
Definitely coming back and recommended !
Wish more practices would be more kind like this .
