I was compelled to write a review of passed stay's and treatment within emergency... Us Shire folk can rest assured that we are very well cared for at both Sutherland and Kareena Hospitals. From my passed experience's and there now has been a few unfortunately for me and my family.

These two hospital's along with St George Private hospitals service's our communities well... We are given excellent treatments and our medical and personal needs are met in the most caring and humane way and don't spare the horses attitude!
I personally can't comprehend those who complain that the medical system is no good ... the huge financial toll on our taxpayers purse strings is insurmountable for starters .. then there's the wonderful medical teams that provide these incredible services... they need our huge gratitude and respect ... try living without Nurses, Doctors, Surgeon's, Radiographer's, the Maintenance teams, the well trained Kitchen teams and the list could go on and on of the folk behind the scene's that'S needed in supporting each other in their daily task ... Well I say a big warm THANK YOU to YOU ALL

Sutherland Mental Health and Rehabilitation Centre - Very Comprehensive and Accessible for All; All in one situation; Nurses and Staff are well informed; Patients are treated well and offered nominal services. Previous patient - Current Outpatient/Lived Exp Consumer Review. Problem is that the ward is rather small and outdated. 4/10 on food and ambience; 7/10 on staff.

I praise the nursing staff and registrar doctors.
Too bad they have to report to such an inefficient and unprofessional doctor in the Kids Emergency ward.
Worst 9 1/2 hours ever!

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Sutherland hospital who patched me up after an argument with the sea.Friendly,ultra professional staff.Unfortunately I didn’t make it to my sister’s wedding which is why I was here but at least I will leave with very fond memories of the lovely people who cared for me.
