I visit regularly for monitoring of an ongoing condition. I have always been treated very well and find that the staff go out of their way to accommodate any special requirements. They are obviously all very busy and efficient but also take the time to be friendly and human. I can't fault the care that I have received from this business.

I am feeling very grateful they were able to fit me on same day as they happen to have a cancellation, where I normally go 5mins from home said it will be a week wait. Then remembered one of the Doctors in Kiama spoke highly of this place so I got in my car from Sydney, it was definitely worth the long drive. Everyone was so lovely, helpful.

Reception are professional and friendly. Ultrasound technician was quick and efficient. She was super friendly. The only downside is parking in the location and the building is old.

Attended with a GP referral clearly marked 'Please Bulk Bill'.
Was told this was not acceptable and we would still need to pay over $300 for a scan.
If we are really serious about beating cancer, something needs to change. You cannot be charging people this type of amount and then expect people to keep on top of their health.
If we are really trying to prevent Cancer, all cancer screening should be FREE. Especially when it's already been marked 'Please bulk Bill' by the GP.

My 88 year old Father has dementia and is claustrophobic, he has been there for various scans over the last year.

The care, attention and respect the staff have shown my father has been absolutely brilliant, they guided us through every stage of the process with a kindness and compassion that goes above and beyond.

Lewis undertook my PET scan yesterday. I was in pain and fearful. But Lewis was incredibly kind, patient and very professional -- he explained everything thoroughly and allayed my concerns. My mobility is bad, so he assisted me up onto the scan table and offered me a special reclining chair to wait in before my scan.
Definitely a much better experience than I was thinking it would be. Thank you, Lewis 👌
