Being pregnant & in the thick of morning sickness I was treated in THE most disgusting way by the Ultrasound technician and the receptionist at this clinic. I was abruptly asked 'what's your excuse' on arrival. while being starred down constantly...& not only did the two women insist that me being 10 mins late had "messed around every other patient for the day" they continued to speak to me as if I was a child, a pregnant child, not like somebody who has been sick for the past month, day in day out. I was hassled by the smaller blonde lady for not having drunk the water correctly (I followed the instructions from the receptionist at the Maruya clinic who I spoke to on the phone).... She proceeded to tell me that she will try her best to squeeze me in, but couldnt give me a time of day. I have never felt so disrespected by someone whos prefession is to touch other peoples bodies. There is no way In hell I was going to let someone so rude and disrespectful come near me or my unborn child. These women should not be in the medical industry. Absolutley NO compassion or people skills. My partner took the day off work to come and see our baby for the first time, we are now out of pocket and still havent seen our baby. Very very frustrated and very disappointed. Avoid this clinic, book into maruya or ulladulla

Very unwelcoming for my daughter's first ultra sound when its ment to be a nice moment wouldnt recomend this place or the young girl that does them young lady needs to be taught to be a little more open and polite with her patience making it a happy moment.
Daughter was hoping for a happy moment walked out of there in disappointment.

I was referred here by the medical centre next door after dropping in with an ankle injury. I was seen to almost immediately (only a 20 minute wait) for an x-ray. The reception staff and the radiographer were all great - exceptional service. Thank you team.
