I had two appointments at South East Industrial Health for my Q fever vaccination, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. Everything was super easy and smooth from start to finish.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and they didn’t make me wait—they processed everything right away. No hassle at all. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They gave clear instructions, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease.

Plus, I even got free cuppa cups—such a nice touch! Fabulous service on both visits. Highly recommend them for anyone needing occupational health care!

Amazing service! 🌟 The doctor was so gentle and made me feel much less nervous about getting my shot. 💉😊 I really appreciate their kindness. Plus, I saw a huge, adorable dog today 🐶—such a lovely surprise! 🥰

The team are absolutely magnificent & have such a wealth of knowledge. The Administration team are just as loving and caring as the Dr and Nurse staff which is a breath of fresh air for all who visit.

Clinic vibes were clean, friendly and chill. Facility was clean and organised, with a wide range of medical equipment for testing. Staff were friendly, explained what they were doing for transparency and eased nerves. Multiple visitor parking spaces but facility is on a busy street corner by a traffic light, and the ramp up into the clinic carpark is steep.

Today I had the pleasure visiting South East Industrial Health where I was greeted by two incredibly helpful members of staff, Tammy & Sharon, Both members of staff greeted me the moment I arrived, Making me feel welcomed & safe, the atmosphere was lively with "shop talk" & some much needed humour (the best medicine) I felt like one of their own today & it made my trip down all the more memorable, a Special shout out to Shreya who put up with my nonsensical attempts at humour all whilst conducting my FFW Testing, Incredibly friendly & kind & informative, making everything easy to understand, Thank you for today SEIH Team, Until we meet again 🙂
