A knowledgeable and well experienced team found here at South Coast Health Hub! Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Kate and the girls at the reception or on the phone. I’ve been a long time client of Mick’s from 2009 onwards with my many sporting injuries. Always received the best treatment from one of the most experienced & knowledgeable Physiotherapists around in helping me get mobile and recover well. More recently Ive had sessions with exercise physiologist, Chris to fix my shoulder issue using strength work. He always creates interesting and challenging workouts to help me get stronger and rebuild areas that needed help. Thanks so much to the team at South Coast Health Hub! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Their professionalism and experience has has made my recovery from injury so much faster than I could have ever expected. He has been instrumental in getting me back on my feet and getting me through my Flare Ups over the years with Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology and Training Programs. Great team of health professionals, very knowledgeable and are definitely at the top of their field. They've looked after me in the past, so I didn't hesitate to engage them when my daughter suffered an ACL injury. The care they've given her over the past 9 months during her rehab, particularly as it's such a significant injury for anyone let alone a young person, I am forever grateful for.
