I had some appointments at South Coast Health Hub because I had a shoulder injury.
I think I was here about 6 times and each time I attended I was treated with respect.
I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes and Matt was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable and confident that I was being treated properly and my shoulder is now as good as new.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has the need for physical therapy.

After my total knee replacement followed by a ruptured Quadricep Tendon in rehab requiring more surgery, I was referred to the team at South Coast Health Hub.
From the day I walked in there to start from scratch again, their team has been amazing.
From Kirra as my Physio to Harry as my Exercise Physiologist, they have been caring & cautious after my previous rehab mishap, but at the same time so thorough & professional in getting me back to full strength.
I cannot fault their staff or processes in any way & would totally recommend them to anyone.
