You only need to use a very small scoop in your cooking because it’s 100% Organic saffron, it has strong taste, that means the jar will last you longer. As well I love the honey Saffron with my herbal/black tea every night. I only need half a tea spoon of honey saffron in my tea cup. I tried the Energy Boost, Relax and Gut Source Wellness drinks for a few days and feel they have made a difference!

I am not much of a morning person at the best of times and strong coffee actually makes me jittery without really waking me up! So I had a go at the Energy Boost shot first thing in the morning, and felt more awake and ready to face the day soon after drinking it (well ready as I can be in the morning haha).

At the same time, I also tend to be a bit of a wired stress bucket so gave the Relax drink a go after a few long days at work, and it’s really helped me unwind before bed! No gym, yoga or alcohol self-medication needed 🙂

I also have chronic IBS so very prone to stomach upsets for no clear reason, so tried the Gut shot for a few days and felt bit less bloated which is a great start!

And not only the drinks helped me but but they were also tasty, all natural and came in convenient and cute little bright coloured environmentally conscious packaging!

The Saffron Syrup's very tasteful. I've been using it in my coffees almost everyday since a month ago. Also, using Saffron Syrup in baking cakes has changed my perception of using anymore raw or white sugar in baking. Actually, I'm using less sugar without scarifying the cakes taste through the Saffron Syrup. Moreover, adding Supersia high quality Saffron to our foods has given us a phenomenal taste of meal. So glad of using them. Thanks guys indeed.

1. Energy Boost : I felt a surged of alertness as well as clarity of mind after about 5 mins consuming it. I tried it on the day when I felt like zombie, due to lack of sleep n fatigue of work. However it was "short lived" the lethargic came back about an hour later. Perhaps I need to continue drinking it to sustain the energy level. But I like d effect though!

2. Relax drinks: I took them on the days (2 different days) I had excessive caffeine in my body but was time to go to bed n my body still wide awake due to caffeine effect. So I took relax drinks. It seems to me this drink is able to "neutralize" the caffeine n clear it off d system to allow sleep to crawl in?. Good stuff.
