For my first experience, I was so glad I was refered to Alex. She was patient, calm and took the time to answer the myriad of questions I kept throwing at her :). Alex is a passionate healer and it shows in her work...a massive tick for enthusiasm...It did make a difference. p.s. just don't get her to say McDonalds...a joke.

Kopan Sound is an amazing practioner, she helped me manage despair and hopelessness bc of a toxic relationship. Completely reset my nervous system. If you have issues with sleeplessness, restlessness and anxiety, I highly recommend her. Nothing is more relaxing than a sound bath. Even better than ayurvedic or thai massage. Give it a try.
