I had the pleasure of experiencing a sound bath session with Erika at Souliberate last October and writing a review has been on my to do list ever since. In 2024 it's important to be grateful.

I was happy to be there as soon as I entered because of Erika and Malik’s warm and friendly energy. The guided meditation suggested words connected with me deeply and the singing bowls soothed and relaxed. I’m very grateful for the experience and look forward to returning in the future.

The sound therapy session was amazing! I felt so calm, cleansed and light weighted afterward like anything clinging to me, weighing me down was gently loosened and removed by the beautiful sounds and healing vibrations of the bowls!
So amazing to have this service available, both Malik and Erika are such beautiful lovely people too which made the whole experience perfect!

The EFT Tapping and Matrix reimprinting sessions I had with Erika were deeply transformative for me. Through these therapies, Erika guided me to unblock negative core-beliefs from my childhood. I was able to heal from particular past traumas that had been holding me back in life. Erika helped me access my subconscious mind through these therapies, which are incredibly powerful.

Since my sessions with Erika, I have made huge progress in my personal life. I am very grateful to have worked with Erika. I did a one-on-one, hour-long sound therapy session with Malik on Saturday and it was very healing and restorative. Malik created sounds via treatments bowls to activate chakras and encourage complete body relaxation. Afterwards, I felt so relaxed as if I had just had a full-body deep tissue massage! Felt fully re-energized. So glad to find this kind of therapy (and wellness center) in this part of Sydney. Definitely coming back, and would highly recommend!!

I visited Souliberate looking for an answer to digestive and anxiety issues that I had been struggling with. I was drawn to booking an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting session with Erika. It was an experience that left me feeling lighter and more connected to my inner self. The session began with EFT, as it was my first time doing this, Erika took the time to explain and demonstrate the process - making it very informative and therefore successful in releasing emotion and energy by tapping various points. Due to this being successful in bringing up emotion/energy the session was then followed by a Matrix Reimprinting session (with my permission). The journey into my subconscious allowed for me to process and make sense of any emotion and thoughts/worries that had been connected to a past life version of myself. This experience allowed me to have a sense of closure and healing, as it left me with beautiful images and colours to help guide me in my journey in this life with more knowledge and a stronger sense of self.
I look forward to visiting the beautiful space and Erika again soon!

I had a very unique experience with sound healing, and can only say I felt rejuvenated and very relaxed, almost flosting. After some personal grief this year, I went with an open mind and would highly suggest giving it a try.

Amazing space with amazing people that run it. Went for a sound healing with Malik and it’s one of the most relaxing yet significant healing experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this hidden gem ?!
