Soul Support Holistic Wellness - Shane Downing

I first met Shane at a Full Moon circle and subsequent New Moon Circles. A novice in the world of 'healing offerings' I didn't know what to expect. I was met with warmth, a sense of calm, and felt something I hadn't felt for a long time: a sense of belonging.

After having attended a few of these sessions, I remained shy, but curious, I felt I had finally found my tribe and intuitively found Shane to be trusting, caring, and very kind natured. He is a gentle soul. I felt a calling to attend more of his sessions and even though I was still very cautious and anxious, I eventually booked a 1:1 healing session with Shane, to help me break through what I felt was impossible to overcome; to find clarity in amongst the chaos of childhood trauma.

Shane offered a very safe space with an open heart, where I felt nurtured and held. I found trust within myself and am learning to be guided by my intuition, slowly but surely with confidence. I have learnt to be more grounded, reflect with positive thoughts and intentions. However, I am still learning to listen to my inner voice. My journey is just beginning and I am grateful to know that I can connect with Shane when I feel the need to. I was recently guided to see Shane for a Spiritus breath work session as I knew I had some ancestral and emotional releasing to do and it was held deep in my body.

So lucky to have crossed paths with Shane. I have attended lots of his different events. I found him when I was on my spiritual journey feeling lost and stuck on what’s next .
