I have wanted to stop drinking for many years, had many failed attempts at quitting. After meeting Rachel for one 30 minute session, the thought pattern to drink was reduced. I found Rachel to be easy to work with, she also followed up with a recording of our session which i found helpful. I would recomend Rachel services to anyone looking to make a change in their life.

I highly recommend Soul Shift Hypnotherapy for anyone that is going through or has experienced separation or divorce. My marriage of 31 years had ended and then a few months later my mum passed away. I was numb and totally lost. I was scared about my future and had no idea where to start to take control of my life. Rachel was truly amazing. Rachel was patient and provided a very safe place for me to learn how to grow. Week by week I started feeling stronger and happier about what the future holds for me. Rachel is absolutely amazing!! As a professional athlete, I am constantly put in high-stress scenarios and Rachel has done wonders for my mental health and my game on the field.
