Sophie is a warm and caring Psychotherapist. I saw Sophie for a few issues and felt heard and understood. Sophie has a high level of expert knowledge in her field. Even though my issues came from a deep place in my childhood, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and effective her therapy style worked for me. I now understand myself deeply and am free from the uncomfortable symptoms. It's nice to know I have found a therapist I can trust for future problems.
