I’m going to leave two reviews one specifically for the Dr Gordon Mills.
Now I don’t know his history I don’t know if he’s deaf but there is zero need to raise your voice at a patient / customer with his advocate. You messed the document up no less than 3 times you get all huffy and puffy and loudly swore “Oh for F sake” as you turn around and stormed off into the administration office. In front of reception and other customers.
Extremely rude and unprofessional.
As a HC professional myself I understand the frustration when you get something wrong and the customer needs it correct. Swallow your pride apologies and move on. I advocated for my uncle today and got what we needed despite your intolerance and arrogance and poor professional behaviour.

I would also like to leave a 5 star review for reception to be able to deal with Dr Mills behaviour you should claim working in hazardous conditions allowance.
My only constructive feedback would be stand your ground to that bully.
There are plenty of better doctors in your facility and you don’t deserve the treatment he gives.

Customer service is rude as hell. If you want to speak, wait until I finish mine first. Was a customer in this place several times but won’t be here anymore. Good luck.

Hi There

Unlike other comments, I actually had a great experience here. The waiting time is high (I was done in about 2 hrs) but that's because there appears to be a high demand (I had to wait a month for my visa medical exam). It's very clean, staff are friendly and there's a TV in the waiting room. Everything went smoothly for me and there's nothing I can complain about.

Today the staff saved my arse. I turned up expecting the prospective employer would have organised all my needed documentation. The staff were amazing. Like the Irish Magician who couldn’t pull a Rabbit out of his hat, instead pulled a hare out of his a..e lol!
They dug in and made my necessary testing count where and when it was needed. Especially considering I had travelled from Canberra for the appointment. I can not recommend them highly enough.Brilliant.
Thank you DR G Wills, Rebecca, Simone, Emma and Toula. Job well done.

Went there a month ago. Staff are friendly and of helping nature. They maintain good screening process for Covid19. Plenty of parking.

We visited one month ago, me and my husband , the service is superb, I appreciate the ladies at the reception managing the crowd and they were quite polite. The nurse and the doctor were friendly, I could not feel a thing during my blood test despite being afraid of needles. Wanted to leave a humble review for my blood test , because i could not get hold of the doctor's contact who did the same. She was very careful. Xray was also a no-trouble.

Came in for a Worker’s Compensation Claim for a back injury, during my initial appointment I waited for almost 2 hours.
Today, I had a follow up appointment. I was feeling unwell, had a mask on and waited 30 minutes before experiencing significant back pain from the waiting as well as being unwell.
Reception staff Amy Keating was extremely rude and unprofessional, this was displayed through her demeaning tone of voice and constant eye roll during my interaction with her.
I attempted rescheduling my appointment to a phone consultation but instead of being accommodated to, I was spoken down to and given little to no option but to wait.
If you are unwell or have an injury, I believe it’s reasonable to be treated with empathy, compassion and at the very least, respect.
The staff etiquette definitely needs review.
Hoping Amy views this comment and reflects on what she could’ve done more appropriately in this scenario.

Dr Kofi is a decent Doctor, however wait times for him are excessive.
Particularly with an injury that is aggravated when seated / standing / waiting for prolonged periods of time.

The receptionists are not well-trained enough. We arrived there yesterday at 10:26 and waited for the doctor's interview. Obviously they can see us seating and waiting for 3 hours and they don't even bother. So i asked one of the receptionist to see what's going on? She replied, you're the next. It's really rude and unprofessional cos they don't know about their job. Is there a "First come, First serve" policy cos i just felt like i was served last
