First time visit here and pleasantly surprised. Very well organized with different areas of the building sectioned off for different types of medical. They also specialize in pre employment medicals and blood, drug, alcohol and urine testing.

I was waiting a while to see doctor but that was expected seeing how busy the are. No longer wait really compared to other doctors rooms

The staff at Reception are great, as are the Nurse and our Doctor of many years, Dr Sparrow, who is a GP of exceptional excellence and ability. Her experience and knowledge of all things medical is outstanding. She is absolutely the kindest and most wonderful doctor and extremely dedicated to her work. This past year when my husband was hospitalised multiple times, it was such a comfort to have a GP who was so competent and well-informed providing the care and expertise he needed to recover his health. Like all her other patients, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Sparrow as a Medical Practitioner.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr Sparrow and staff who have kept the surgery going throughout the Pandemic and who have kept us going during these unsurpassed difficult times.

For my booked in standard GP consult I had to sit and wait for over an hour after it’s scheduled time. For a private practice that’s not on.

If you are running that far behind, would be best to notify your patients.

All I could be told is that Dr Sparrow is running a little behind. Wouldn’t recommend booking in with her - an hour behind is far beyond a little.
