Terrible experience! I had a medical emergency and had to quickly park my car on their property. Now, they’ve locked my car inside their gate, won’t answer the phone, and won’t be open until Monday—leaving me stranded for the entire weekend. This is completely unacceptable. A business should have some kind of emergency contact or at least respond to customers in urgent situations. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you value good service and accountability.

It’s actually laughable that this racist building claims it is a healthcare centre striving to help people around them, I guess their “kind” and “caring” service just depends on how light your skin is. I walked into this building as a proud African-American female hoping so dearly they could give me a referral to a psychologist to help deal with my crippling anxiety and instead I was met with a cold stare from every direction as soon as I walked in.

Had a fantastic experience with their reception team this week as I needed to get a copy of some documents. They were organised, friendly and so efficient. Thanks for all the help!

Friendly staff and doctor, the clinic was very swift to get me through the procedures. All of my visa health checkup was over in an hour and a half. I can't comment on the negative reviews here, as I had a great experience. The waiting time was only about half an hour. The reports were very quickly sent to the authorities for visa processing!

Can't thank the team enough for today. Our appointment was 8.20 and we we're all done by 9.30! The lady who did my bloods was so lovely when I told her I had a huge fear and even had distraction pictures on the wall...genius idea! Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and efficient. Soglad we made the trip from Brisbane to come here to be seen quicker. Can't recommend enough for visa processing.

Had an appointment at 11.10am, I waited 45min until someone came to see me for the first check (don t expect an apology for being so late, they act like you should be thankful for them to see you..)

First check lasted 10min and had to wait another 35min before doing the rest of the medical check..
This is a joke!
Also love the happiness on their face when they ask for the $379.25...

Have to mentioned, the doctor himself was friendly and quick.. probably the only one caring there..

Lovely staff, always happy to see us and our doctor, stephen is without a doubt one of the nicest people we have dealt with since moving to the gold coast, goes out of his way to help. Highly satisfied with his service. All the staff we have dealt with have been fantastic even when i went for an ultra sound.
