My medical was booked for 11am by my employer. It is now 1.07pm and still sitting here. The wait time is disgraceful and you have no choice when you need the medical for work.
Absolutely no explanation so far and god knows how long I will be here. Don't book the appointments if you can not supply the service. In no other business would I wait this long. Complete joke. 😡😡

When to sonic health for a employment medical at 1030 am on the 15/7/2024, Everybody there was amazing .except the main doctor .the problem I had was wen I encountered Dr Michael Akram , Watch out for this one , I was touched in appropriately during a examination in my hip Thai region which was unessasry as there were no waist measures taken . He was arrogant, extremely angry man wen I asked why was he touching me there without my consent ,he then stated I signed my consent away when coming to the clinic ,I told him to calm down and he exploded with anger and abuse ,I told the front staff and I'm extremely embarrassed as I m a man and I feel violated inappropriately touched by this doctor .any one going to this sonic health aAVOID this doctor especially around male patients of any age for safety reasons , Everyone else at this clinic was absolutely professional and was perfect ,Dr Michael Akram needs to be investigated .

Do not recommend, came here for a medical. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for work. The wait time is ridiculous, I waited about 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment. Don’t bother rushing for your appointment because you’ll end up waiting forever anyway. Sounds like this place hasn’t changed at all…

Good place to go if you don't have anything else to do that day. Don't stress if you're running late for an appointment because you'll have to wait 2 hours anyway. Lucky the aircon isn't very good otherwise you would get comfortable. One star because the people were nice.

Excellent service, wonderful staff who are always helpful and kind. Sharlene is fantastic!!! And the rest of the ladies, Mel, Cydney, and everyone!!! They're all friendly and accommodating. Knowing how busy the clinic is, I am always impressed with the service that they deliver. You ladies are amazing!!!!
