First time here doing Drug & Alcohol test early morning appointment at 7.20am, arrived at 7am. Plenty of parking, 2 receptionists were there.
After reading all the reviews I was sceptical and thought I was going to be late for my next appointment. Surprisingly I was done by 7.25am.

Since my last visit they moved next door to a larger facility. A huge improvement in time spent waiting for nurses and doctors. Everyone at reception and all staff I saw went above and beyond. No longer will I dred going for my medical. Thank you to everyone.

Wife has had an operation and was told that she should see GP within seven days. Tried booking online but 9th Jan was the earliest so went into the clinic only to be told that they are all on holiday until 6th Jan 25, what about looking after your patients and having a skeleton crew on? We are now your ex patients after 19 years, called into a more local doctor who was happy to oblige and book the consultation with the wife

Trouble seeing a doctor , reception staff do n'ot seem to give two hoots , unfortunately it seems that their jobs are secure and they are not willing to help patients. Realy stuck up non committal attitude with dismiive attitude .

This used to be a good practice but has now gone to rubbish.
Bad enough charging $90 to get a script renewal but then couldn’t process the Medicare return. Couldn’t care less attitude.
The quality of doctors has declined significantly.
I’ve gone elsewhere that has good service, billing, availability and skill.

Claims to open at 7am (on thier website) and even allows a 7.30am appointment and yet does not open until 8am so yeah maybe fix that?
