The staff was helpful but only a single GP was on duty, with an hour, more than 8 patients visited him for consultation and pre-employment medical checkups. I would recommend they should hire an extra Dr, it is not very nice if you put an enormous amount of workload on a single person.

Waiting was worst part, almost 1 hour wait, been to Parramatta branch few times, they are quick even busier than this Guildford branch. Guildford branch obviously short staff and poor management. Nurse was good.

Doctor got upset when i asked why i had to get my licence out the 3rd time to show who i was, take a copy if its required 3+ times, the doctor then stopped seeing me and gave me to a new doctor
