Exceptional reception team and medical staff. Attended for a pre-employment medical and all staff were very thorough, patient and caring; particularly Andrea and Teresa.

Wait times are as to be expected when you go between two clinicians - there is no determining how long the first half of your medical may take so there will obviously be a wait to see the doctor after… most reviewers don’t seem to understand this. Lovely clinic and would 100% attend again.

Exceptionally rude receptionist and manager. Gave no indication either on phone or email that physical photo ID would be required, which wasted a lot of time with back and forth. Hostile and defensive when I suggested that they mention that to people in future. Honestly have never really come across people as needlessly aggressive as that in a professional setting.

Long wait times and very disorganised. No confirmation of follow up appointments. The actual medical staff I saw were friendly and knowledgeable however.

I was asked to do a physical, D&A and medical for perspective employer this week and I can say the D&A test and physical test staff were awesome unfortunately that was all thrown out the window by the unprofessional medical staff, I had to wait 3 hours in an overbooked clinic for a doctor that had absolutely no interest in my medical history it was her way or the highway In my opinion totally unprofessional after this appointment I was asked to provide further documents that an hour later my personal GP had printed out, in my honest opinion and with agreement from my GP it almost seems like a scam set up by this clinic to get more money from perspective employers if you are an employer looking for a medical would honestly say to steer clear from this practice for anything other than a physical or D&A as the practitioner I have seen seems to have her own agenda and is not a medical professional in any interest

Ridiculous waiting time. Got there for my 1:20pm appointment. Did the drug test within 10mins, was told to take a seat to wait for the doctor. Waited for over 1h20mins in the lounge. Just ridiculous.

Poor experience. My wife went to see Dr Hocq as GP for her pregnancy and received terrible service. The doctor was very hard to reach with long lead times for appointments resulting in late tests throughout the first trimester of the pregnancy and also, some tests (i.e. Harmony test) were not mentioned. Truly disappointing and disheartening.

Kept me waiting on the phone for a price of an offshore medical for nearly 10 minutes, and then gave me an astronomical price of $628 for a $190 medical.
Outrageous!.

Charged $90 for a 14 minute appointment.
The $55 short consultation is 10 minutes or less. Nevermind the fact that they can't keep a schedule.
