More than 3 hours waiting. The staff in reception y so Lazy looking their phones. Really bad experience and service. If you have the opportunity to choose another clinic. Just do it. Don't waste your time and your money here. If I could put 0 I will put 0. The worse experience

3 hour wait for 10 minutes worth of appointments. Showed a lack of consideration for client's time. I had to miss another appointment to accommodate the extreme wait time. Had it been communicated from the start I could have planned my day around it, however at no point did the admin acknowledge the delay

Fantastic experience this morning. The admin girls were under the pump but kept their cool and did a great job, Karen the nurse was hilarious and kept a very calm environment in what can be a stressful time. The doctor was lovely and thorough. Will recommend to others

Terrible...
1.5 hours waiting for 5mins Urine test
everyone except one guy have already finished test, and gone home.
The guy was frustrated too.
I should ask how long does it take 5 times.
Staff just keep saying you are the next 100times
Can't they calculate time
no efficiency at all.
came at 10, wait till 11:30 finished at 11:35
the best time wasting experience.

Slow service, took me more than 1.5 hour for only 2 tests. Lung test and general medical checkup.

Repetitive forms to fill.
Had to repeat my full name, address and DOB atleast 4 times.
I felt condescension from the doctor and wasn't willing to hear me out. She seemed visibly frustrated for some reason.
The nurses were okay with some people not wearing mask but not me for apparently some reason.
The work was done professionally though.
