My wife and I went a couple of weeks ago for some vaccinations for our trip to Sri Lanka.
We should have gotten firm quotes before going in.
We were charged $8oo+ and I almost chocked.
I found two errors in our invoice, one which was immediately refunded the next day and I found another error about 2 weeks later by chance. This was immediately credited back as well.
This brought our total bill back to around $600.
I believe that we could have halved our expensive consultation and vaccination cost if we just went to our own GP. It would have involved 2 visits because our GP didnt have all the Vaxs on site but a $250+ saving is a lot of money.
Their consultation cost of $110 per person is outrageous. That's $220 for one doctor to speak to us for about 10 minutes at the same time.
My complaint is purely on the cost. The service is the same as any medical practice.

Really disappointed with this experience. One star is generous. Only went as I was under the impression it would be cheaper than two gp appointments. Inquired on the phone about prices and spoke to a really lovely lady who explained the pricing, and that there were three doctor consultation fees which depended on how long you saw the doctor for, then the vaccine cost on top of that. After speaking with the doctor he insisted I get a further vaccination, that after googling, was a super low risk for where I was travelling. The nurse asked if I wanted to go through prices, and then explained it would be $250 for the vaccines and consultation fee combined, so $210 once I got my Medicare rebate. I checked this with her three times as it was more than I was expecting. I assumed I was charged the highest consultation fee, as I was watching the doctor be unnecessarily slow. Vaccinations were given and then I was asked to pay $360 at the counter. I burst into tears as this was not at all what I was told, which resulted in them waiving the nurse fee (which I was never told I would need to pay anyway), bring it down to $317, still way more than I was informed I would have to pay. I felt scammed, and I wish I read previous reviews as it seems like something that has happened often.

Front staff were very helpful and efficient, providing excellent service. Dr Arvind Sejgal was very knowledgeable about my needs regarding Africa and provided advice that allowed me to make easy decisions regarding vaccinations and medication required.
The nurse administering the vaccinations was very informative and ensured that I was comfortable before during and after receiving vaccination.
All in all a very professional service overall and a comfortable experience.
Highly recommended.

I really got disappointed with my recent visit to this clinic to get vaccinated with my partner. We were told that the total cost would be $146 by the doctor, including the consultation fee, however, we were charged an additional $110 for the consultation, making the total cost more than double what we expected. When I spoke to the manager about this, they only offered a 5% discount. I feel like the pricing was not clear and that I was ripped off. I will not be returning to this clinic as I no longer feel that I can trust the doctors and staff. Plan your vaccination with your GP ahead of time so you don’t need to pay a lot of money here.

I came in for a medical exam for my work and I ended up in the building for nearly three hours. When I had one done in 2021, I was seen straight away and it was quick and the doctor and nurse were so lovely. This time around, the nurse and the doctor were acting like I was wasting their time and I wasn’t met with kindness or understanding after waiting so long.

The doctor was pretty unprofessional and was rushing through the exam. He said that he’s meant to be a GP and doesn’t like filling out forms. I was just made to feel like an inconvenience to their day.

On the other hand, the reception ladies were friendly and professional.

I don’t normally write reviews either but felt like I should for this experience. Thank you
