Stacey is brilliant. I was a total wreck and my life was getting close to non existence. I stuggled with family life/kid life and work life. Grew to loving my self n my own self worth. I was looking for a grief counsellor or psychologist ,and got told you see a different doctor everytime you visit. How can you build up trust and get a repour started like that .by the time you explain your situation from the start everytime u go it's time up .very poor service treated like a number on a process line .no long-term benefits at all .I won't go back , system failure doesn't work............

Just want to thank the team at this facility. Met with big beautiful smiles and open arms. I've tried many organisations to help me deal with my mental health and trauma I've recently gone through but I feel like walking through those doors today was the best decision I've made and wish it was the first door I'd walked through, I'd be alot closer to some sort of happiness. Highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of support. I look forward to talking to them again very soon.

My wife has been to this practice twice now to see a dr Condon to get help with her diagnosed adhd. In both instances she has left in tears and feeling utterly helpless as the doctor she was referred to told her didn’t in fact have adhd because she didn’t respond to one type of medication she was prescribed. She was entirely dismissed not once but twice, the doctor didn’t even try listening to he about he issues and clearly didn’t take the time to properly read the adhd assessment that had been undertaken. Unprofessional and a great lack of empathy from somebody who works in such a field of work.

Sonder in home withdrawal has been one of the best choices I've made.
The nurse, peer supporter and councillor trio have made this experience easy for me to navigate, and succeed, and the counselors ongoing support is enabling me to stay strong and sober.
I'm happy to announce that after 45 years I'm now 30 days sober and looking forward to actually having a productive and happy future.

Called to get help with alcahol problems, seeking a counsellor or someone to help with my issue. They just pointed me away and only offered an in home service of which im not comfortable with having strangers at my home so, that was not an option for me. Then didnt get offered any other sort of help and my querys and questions did not get answered.
If you're seeking help dont waste your time calling these people.

This is the second time i have accessed services from Sonder, over the past 10 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt response i received when my referral was received. The assistance & support has been outstanding from the councellors, & my feelings & concerns are always respectfully validated, in an environment that is calm & welcoming. I would highly recommend this service.
