Myself and my 2 sons have been visiting the Practice for almost 5 years. Our GP, Dr Yemi is amazing, and it feels like she has known us a lot longer than she has. Saira on reception is also just as friendly and very welcoming. Would not go to any other Practice.

We can't fault Somerly Central Medical Centre. We have been patients of this Practice for many years now and never had any problems. The receptionist does an amazing job,. Always friendly with polite and we always receive excellent service/professionalism whenever a visit is necessary 😀

Absolutely abhorrent service.
After 12 years, we will never be returning as loyal customers.
Any time you ask Thyra, the receptionist anything, or query why you're paying $70 for a 2 minute phone call from the Doctor, the response is always "I'm sorry, I just work here".
Show some accountability, for once in your life.
I have no problems with paying for a proper consultation and am entitled to a 15 minute consult, but all that was given was a 2 minute phone call to obtain a script.
When I mentioned that I had been going there for 12 years, and my doctor had retired, and was hoping to find another doctor, the response was "I am sorry, but we only have 2 doctors here, and your doctor retired. I suggest if you want to find a proper GP, to not come to this one."

Can’t fault this practice one bit. Receptionist is lovely and always polite and friendly, the doctors are great and so are the nurses
I know it’s hard to get an appointment these days anywhere but I have rarely had a problem getting in with my doctor (dr Yemi).
I always feel well looked after and listened too, more than satisfied when leaving the surgery. Feels like my doctor and the nurses actually care and we’re not just another person with a problem! Highly recommend this surgery.

Visited here as a one off as couldn’t get my Daughter into see her usual GP.
As soon as we walked through the door we were met by a very welcoming receptionist. Not only to us but every other person who came through the door. It had a nice community feel.
Our appointment was with a lovely doctor who was very good with my Daughter. Very impressed with our visit today.

As always, my Doctor is kind, caring and supportive of my needs. The front of house staff are patient and polite. It is a privilege to be given excellent service. I highly recommend this clinic. The pharmacy is right next door which is handy.
