I was encouraged (strongly advised) to see Debbie Lanyon by my GP.
I had tried every smoking cessation plan known to man and beast. I was 2 lungs deep and 50 plus years into the nicotine habit and my healthy breathing was failing.

Over the years I had gone cold turkey, tried acupuncture, bought the gum and the patches. I even went on a 3 week deep into the wilderness camping trip to try and break this horrible cycle of addiction.
I was a foot dragging hesitant sceptic about this new age hypnotherapy cr*p, but I knew I had to do something.
