Spent many years on painkillers like Nurofen and Nurofen Plus. Very heavy lifting in my early years took a toll on my body. Now I’m 50 and those muscles aren’t used as much now, they are tight and putting a lot of pressure on my joints hence leading to pain and taking painkillers. Then I met Eleni, her technique and knowledge didn’t take long to change the way I feel. Best thing is NO more pain meds needed. My body is a still a work in progress ? but I now have the freedom to exercise without suffering the next day. The best thing about Eleni is how passionate she is about her work and willing to try different techniques to get the right relief. She loves a challenge and the phase “not getting results” doesn’t exist in her her world ?.
