Michelle goes above and beyond with her clients. I started seeing her for massage but now see her for beauty too. I have acne prone skin and Michelle has help soothe and clear my skin with all the product and knowledge she has. Michelle’s personality is so much fun it feels like I’m catching up with a friend who also fixes my body. I genuinely look forward to my appointment each week. It’s basically like getting your body fixed and a therapy section all in one.

Michelle is remarkable at her work. And I dont normally review but I've wasted so much time and money on doctors scans and "health professionals" with rebates who have just made my problems worse. I felt like I was getting new referrals for more tests and with at chiro or physio and a surgeon who wanted to do surgery. I wanted to get more from my health cover but it was killing me and costing way more.
After getting a referral from a workmate I seen Michelle several months back and today I am most days pain free and able to play footy again after 4 years off.
I see her every 2 weeks even though she said every 4 weeks. She had made me more aware of not just my injury but my whole body that no other "specialist" has even mentioned.

I started seeing Michelle as a newly postpartum first time mum, in need of major assistance and guidance in becoming a strong and confident new mumma! Michelle has been so supportive during my journey, helping me to lose almost 20kg in 6 months, but more importantly, helping me become the strongest version of myself I’ve ever been. As a complete beginner to all things exercise, Michelle has been extremely patient and thorough with our training. Michelle has shared her extensive knowledge with me during our sessions, which have included a variety of activities such as pilates, strength training, boxing, weightlifting, yoga and stretching. She has also provided me with amazing tools and tips in order to improve my diet, especially in relation to all my hormonal and physical changes after having a baby. Michelle’s studio is also completely child friendly, meaning I can bring my bub with me to every single session! This ensures I can prioritise me and my health while also knowing my baby is safe with me at all times. Whether you need help postpartum, are a complete newbie to exercise like me, or are nervous about stepping into a big recreational gym and like the idea of somewhere a bit more private, then SoA and MHA wellness studio is the place for you. I could not recommend Michelle and her expertise highly enough! She has truely changed my life and I look forward to every single session. 🥰

Hands down the most experienced and knowledgeable massage therapist in Adelaide.
I've been seeing Michelle for 2 years now and every visit she manages to mend my tired muscle and find tight spots relieving the most stubborn knots.
I've experienced both Michelle's Deep tissue/Remedial and relaxation massages and both delivering its own unique experience.
Her deep tissue/Remedial is not for the faint hearted, she will find troublesome areas even those you didn't know existed but the relief that follows day and weeks after is worth enduring. Michelle's relaxation massage is second to none and in a class of its own, don't be surprised if you drift off to sleep.
I highly recommend Michelle's service's, worth every cent.

It’s like medicine, very healing. Michelle’s space is welcoming and calm. My first session was an intuitive massage where I could feel Michelle’s extensive background in healing touch. The little touches are what make it on the next level, the way she cleanses the oil off the skin after the massage, methodically and ritualistically and the personalized aromatherapy. Will absolutely recommend to my friends and anyone who’ll listen.

As a recent client of SoA and MHA wellness (amazing hair cut and treatment from the wonderful Dee), and as a personal friend of Michelle, I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing facility. As a neurodiverse and LGBTQI individual, I was warmly welcomed into their treatment spaces and made to feel right at home. Based on their professionalism, courteous nature and the way they deliver their services in a person-centred way, I'm super excited to see their entire wellness centre come to life in the near future. Hands down the most experienced and best massage therapist around. Complete relaxation from start to finish. Michelle created a truly safe space escape to the world and heal from things dragging me down.
