If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner went in for a medical for his boxing stuff & he had to pay $97 and was told he wouldn’t be charged when he went back again to discuss his blood test results only to find out as he was walking out , he had to pay $82 & they said it’s part of the procedure. He even explained his doctor said he wouldn’t be charged to discuss his blood test results yet they didn’t listen. Load of bs this clinic. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

I started attending this clinic a few years ago, after my regular doctor in Sandgate passed away. I was fortunate to get my first appointment with Dr Matt and have been seeing Dr Matt since. I can not express how fortunate I am to have such a caring, courteous, and knowledgable doctor local to me.

The reception staff have always been extremely kind and accommodating too. I am very lucky to have this local clinic.

Very Good GPs, especially Dr. Reid but unfortunately this service is poorly managed. Their time management is pathetic. Every time I have to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour to meet my Gp. I don’t understand that why can’t they give a pragmatic schedule / appointment which they can honour.
Sadly Boondall area does not have good medical centres so I am stuck with it.

I was able to get an early appointment before work. I was not told that they charged more before 8am and was told it was a Medicare issue. Well, it's nothing to do with Medicare and it was an out of hours charge as they are "open" 8am to 5pm. I call this discrimination against working people.

I have been seeing Dr Matt for over 4 years now and find him to be a great GP. Dr Matt always expresses his care in a way for patients to understand, uses evidence based decisions for the best possible treatment outcomes. Highly recommend if you're looking for a thorough & caring Doctor for you and your family.

This is the second time we have seen Dr Anmar Aydami for my twin babies and he is amazing! He is so friendly and actually listens to any concerns. The nurses are all fantastic with the vaccinations. They have two nurses do the injections at the same time to reduce the amount of stress to the babies. Not too difficult to get an appointment unlike many other clinics these days. The reception team are very polite and efficient, never have to wait long for appointments. I’ve never had any issues in the 2 years we have been going here. So happy with Smartclinics Taigum that I still drive 30 minutes to take the kids there even though there are many clinics much closer to my house.

Wonderful team of doctors & staff. A big shout out to Jane & the reception staff. What a wonderful bunch of girls who go out of their way to help patients. I would highly recommend Smart Clinics Taigum to anyone looking for a very good medical team. They will not disappoint.

I’ve been going to Smart Clinic Taigum for years now. Dr Vanessa Siu is one of the best doctors around, she’s so knowledgeable and great with patients. I can’t thank her enough for her special and excellent care she’s always provided to me. I am blessed to have her as my doctor!
