I am neurodivergent and had been put in the hard position to find a new GP to monitor complex health issues. The admin staff were great and happy to correspond via emails which is easier for me to see if they had a doctor that had the understanding of my conditions. Dr Zoe was great very caring, understanding and used a neuro affirming approach as well as inclusive of my input into my care

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Imesha Rajakaruna. She lacks communication, shows little empathy, and seems unwilling to actually help. Instead of offering solutions or assistance, she expects you to magically have paperwork from over 5 years ago without offering any support to retrieve it. No follow-up, no care, no effort to reach out. It's clear the focus is not on patient care here. Would not recommend.

I've only been twice but so far so good. The doctor is new to the practice too, although she has been a doctor for sometime. She seems willing to listen and help.
Nicholas on the front desk is lovely, he is willing to try his best to help. I cannot fault him at all. He helped above and beyond what I've ever experienced at a medical centre before.
They try to see their clients very quickly. If you call in the morning they will do their best to get you in on the day that you call.
So far I don't have any complaints
