I got a very warm welcome from the lady at reception, followed by almost no wait to see the doctor. The doctor who saw me was also warm and friendly, listened attentively to everything I had to say, then explained what was going on to me in a very clear way. He treated my symptoms holistically, and offered an all encompassing solution. Previous GPs I have seen get fixated on one aspect of my issues, and tried to fix one symptom individually, ignoring the others. I thoroughly reccomend this clinic.

The Receptionist, the Nurse and the Dr were wonderful. The reception area is warm and inviting. While the Doc was a little late, I think that is because he likes to take particular interest in his patients.

The receptionists were helpful and accommodating. The one who took my FBC was friendly and smiles at all times plus her hands were light cannot feel any pain while extracting blood. The doctor was very professional and took time to listen. Kudos!

In the ongoing saga of my toe, I awoke this morning to find out my toe was angrier than Ray Hadley on a political rant!

A quick Google search found the Brisbane City SmartClinic and I phoned through for an appointment.

What a bunch of champs! The receptionist had me signed up and booked for an appointment before my coffee was cooled.

The medical staff were excellent - friendly, personable.

Following the examination I left with prescription in hand and a limp 😁

(To be fair, I had a limp when I arrived 🤣)

Highly recommend Dr Hugh Wall, in particular for varicose vein / spider vein treatment. The cost of treatment with Dr Wall is very affordable in comparison to other quotes received from Leg Vein Clinic which was thousands of dollars out of pocket. Thank you to Dr Wall & Smart Clinics George St for making this service available. I am looking forward to having my legs on show in summer.
In addition I have been super impressed with customer service from the reception team. Their phone manner and skill is exemplary.

Dr Hugh Wall, can be very abrupt and uncompassionate - I highly recommend other doctors like Dr Ash and Dr Henry. Steer clear of Dr Wall if you're a female or have mental health stuff going on. The clinic staff are otherwise awesome, including reception.
