From the first time I had my consultation with Dr. Han to now. I cannot recommend him enough. I felt completely at ease and genuinely cared for. Dr. Han is exceptionally professional made it comfortable for me to express my concerns openly and takes his time to truly listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed.

This franchise-type of Medical practice is very discriminatory, insolent and disrespectful. The doctors here do not treat people as humans, but just as another number they can check off their diary.

I am a registeted health care practitioner in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. I have treated thousands of patients during the fourteen years of my career in Australia. Hence, I am appalled about the dismissiveness, callous attitude Dr.Ian Walsh subjected me to last year.

My first two appointments with him were civil and polite. His third appointment was a telehealth consult. I missed his call by 5 minutes. I called the reception staff, who refused to connect me to Dr.Walsh.

I know from working at private practices for over 12 years, that you have to be accommodating of your patients. Dr.Ian Walsh failed to express empathy, which contradicts the caring principles and ethics of medicine.

I decided to resolve this matter myself in-person. That afternoon, I arrived at Clayfield Medical Practice and explained that Dr.Walsh never honored his telehealth appointment with me that morning. The receptionist made me wait for over 70 minutes in the reception area. Finally, Dr.Walsh approached me, only to berate me and order me to leave the practice. He adamantly insisted that he couldn't help me.

I was appalled and disgusted by this callous disregard. At the time, my father was undergoing treatment in Canada for a form of Cancer. It's inexcusable to deny a family member of an individual suffering cancer medical treatment. It's also INEXCUSABLE to deny a fellow health care practitioner health care services.

Do not book any medical appointments here.There are a plethora of other medical practices in Brisbane to chose from.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sally Trenorden. She is absolutely amazing and wonderful. Dr. Trenorden is the most caring and diligent doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by.
