I had the most incredible experience at Smart Clinics Annerley, and I just have to share how amazing the reception team is! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness. The receptionists are incredibly welcoming, and their positive energy completely brightened my day. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and professionalism in one place. They made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, and were attentive to every detail. Their approach is truly customer-focused, and you can tell they love what they do. It really sets the tone for the entire visit, and it’s clear that they go above and beyond to create a positive, caring atmosphere for everyone. I left feeling not only well taken care of but also uplifted. A huge thank you to the reception team at Smart Clinics Annerley – you truly make a difference!

Was 5 stars, but complete lack of empathy from the practice has made me change my mind. I get injections every month and was a little late this month because of life circumstances. It’s VERY important I get this injection or it could be very bad for my wellbeing. Despite this reception told me there were no nurses available at the time of my appointment therefore I wouldn’t be able to get it that day. I asked them very upset if they could ask the doctor if she could do it and they refused. I really don’t understand the lack of ability to do a simple injection, especially when I made a long appointment. I’ve been coming here since I was a baby but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Dr. Helen is an incredibly reliable and caring doctor for me over the years. It’s rare to find a GP who provides such consistent and personalized care. If i need to switch for any reason, it can be really tough to find someone who matches that level of trust and comfort.

Dr Aditya was excellent. Late appointment for my teen daughter with varied but vague symptoms, and he ordered the tests Dr Google recommended without me asking for them, as well as several others that Dr Google hadn’t considered. I was very impressed with his professionalism, care and breadth of knowledge. We will be back.

This originally was a five star review but I am sorry to say it's officially over. Their Medicare/bulk billing assistance for dissability pension card holders has been stopped..Seemingly aged pension is fine though. That is from my experience and chatting with other GPs, a complete sell-out. Especially for long term clients/customers. I have to say that Dr ion though has been a genuinely great person for the years that I have been going. I wish him all the best. As far as greed goes with the clinic though..Bye bye.
