Highly recommend to everyone, staff are wonderful. From reception to clinical staff, made to feel comfortable procedure explained in detail looked after amazingly. Thank you very much to Paul the sonographer and Alex the technician you were fun and so kind.

The woman who set me up for my at home sleep test was great. Friendly, professional, much more efficient than the previous staff, generally a positive element of the business. Everything else was poor.

When I came in for my second sleep test- as the first failed due to their equipment falling off, which is apparently a "known issue" I had to take additional time off work for- I was informed I could drop the equipment off over the weekend, by Monday. I was particularly flat out at work and was only able to hand it over on Tuesday.

Not only was I sent an unpleasant text about the equipment, staff used my emergency contact to harass my partner. This may shock you, but I did not supply you with that information for you to contact someone when you had already contacted me that day. If my health is not at risk, you do not call my emergency contact. That's terrible conduct.

When my partner arrived approximately 5 staff members were clustered together. One loudly declared "Here it is!" when he informed them why he was there. They then proceeded to question him on why it wasn't returned earlier. Hey, surprise again- my partner is not me. You have no right to be rude to him. He's a member of the public more than he is a patient of your clinic.

I had already returned my sleep test paraphernalia successfully the first time you failed to properly equip me with the information or items required to have a successful sleep test, seeing as I was sent home the second time with tape. A fraction of leeway would be appreciated for a repeat patient, who was at work, and had to take two rounds of work off thanks to yourselves. If nothing else, do not be rude to and contact someone who is not involved in the slightest. I cannot believe that was the decision you made.

Terribly unprofessional. Two sleep tests and nothing to show for it.

Go elsewhere, lest you want to be hunted down for some wires they probably didn't apply correctly.

I genuinely can't say enough about the outstanding care and compassion of my care team at Smart Diagnostics Springfield. Particularly Victor, my technician. I have a rare syndrome that has been overlooked my whole life. I have always found that it can be difficult to be heard and understood if what you have is considered "rare"
Firstly Joanne called me to make my appointment and she was a delight. Thank you Joanne.
I have some unusual symptoms and although they are outside of the norm, Victor listened and heard me. (outstanding) then he took my concerns to his senior and discussed ways to make the most of my test. Then, he went home and did some RESEARCH on my syndrome!!
(I know. Mind blowing)
When I came into the clinic to get tested and meet Victor, he knew me. He knew exactly what he needed to do, to get me the best care. He had plan, that he had organised with his cardiologist before I arrived! (thanks Doc! I appreciate you too. The last cardio I saw told me pots is too rare and dismissed me without testing ). Victor and Maddy took me though the testing with kindness, compassion and understanding. They were extremely helpful and professional. I'm actually overwhelmed. I can honestly say that I have only had a handful of medical professionals listen to me like Victor did. Whether on the phone or in person. He's gifted.
He's extremely intelligent and he's kind.
Well done Victor. Well done Smartcare. We need more teams like yours.

I had two tests done here recently and both times were a positive experience with different staff each time. Staff were professional yet lovely, and put me st ease during the tests. I travelled from the city for these tests and wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed 🙂

Customer service was refreshingly friendly & helpful. I was asked to send my referral by email and they came back to me immediately with 2 services booked within 2 weeks. If only this happened all the time.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff here. Not only are they completely incompetent they have the nerve to speak terribly about their clients right in the waiting area. They can’t even have the common courtesy to be kind to the people they are supposed to be helping. Completely terrible and if I could shut this place down myself I would do so in a heartbeat.
