Very good product.. Highly recommended it for those having the chronic sleep disorder especially when you have a breath issue that triggered anxiety or unnecessary worries. I visited Sleep Well Solutions Castle Hill for a sleep study. I can't praise them enough for what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish. It was super straight forward. From booking the appointment to fitting the sleep study device and finally explaining the results. If anyone is having sleep issues, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending visiting this place.

Honestly I would give 0 stars if I can. The range of issues dealing with this company is just through the roof and not the kind of things the health care provider should do.
- when asked for a certain mask I was provided after a long wait of 5 weeks, but only to receive a mask which I didnt ask for in the first place.
- I felt they only cared about selling the machine without a mask, even paid them the amount they asked for 5 weeks ago. Finally received the machine yesterday but without a mask now.
- Initial trail that I began I was provided a used mask, it was not new by all means. I had asked Dr Patel is this normal, he said its mandated in NSW to provide a new mask during trail and also trail several mask during the CPAP trail which didnt happen.
- Promised i will be provided an itemised receipt of everything at once, which I am still awaiting for insurance claim
- Promised I will be provided a letter which I can keep in the CPAP bag during travel if asked I can show at the airport, i am still waiting for that document (promised on day one of CPAP trail a month ago)
- The machine I received was F&P sleepstyle, and when looking online I can get a Machine with the mask of my choice in 1100$, and I paid $1400 to this company and without a mask at the moment. That ok as long as I receive good service from them which I did not, other why would i buy from them.

I gave been experiencing sleep problem . My GP sent me to heart specialist and other specialist. To cut the story of going round and round seeing specialist, I did a sleep study with sleep well solutions, they guide me and I just tagged along .First time in 5 years that I'm enjoying my day because of having a deep sleep everynight,

Be very carefull of these people. They are extremely pushy and unprofessional.
I had called them to inquire about the process. However, they had the audacity to call my GP and tell him that he needs to send them a referral.
Complete fraud and unprofessional! Avoid at all cost!

Elena and Greg at Castle Hill are fantastic and not only sort out any problems you have they also do the sleep study test bulk bill once you get their form and your doctor signs form for referral. They are friendly and spend time with you. I am have severe sleep apnea and for 15 years and visit this clinic last five years for parts anything!!! These two have clinical training so their support is professional caring and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
