this place never seems to be open.. So much money went into developing skylight northern, so many staff, so many resources yet its seldom open .unfortunately the same poor management that runs the skylight wayville and the same bunch of geriatrics on the Board influence what goes on at skylight northern and that means basically nothing goes on. We simply do NOT understand why skylight northern was built when its not going to be open. too wasteful and too full of incompetence is this already white elephant. why didnt they just improve services at other skylights instead of spending all this money at elizabeth when its seldom open and there are zero standards onwhat they do , which as we have said is very little.? on skylights website you have to REGISTER to go to skylight northern? why? maybe because its almost always closed and despite the huge resources poured into the place they cannot manage a couple of walk ins. Sadly skylight northern reflects the corruption and incompetence , that, sadly have become synonomous with Skylight mental health offices everywhere . what grade would we give them? well they are seldom open so youcouldnt give them more than one out of five could anyone? pathetic really. none of us were asked what we wanted at this new never open office. Sadly the same past it cronies are still on the board at skylight wayville and they have been getting away with providing rubbish, despite NEVER being elected and doing nothing for nearly 40 years now . in this age when mental health services are SUPPOSEDLY more analysed and open to criticism we get this never open useless white elephant at elizabeth . sad to say, but skylight are WORSE and more incompetent, and lazy and corrupt and stupid than EVER and patthetic skylight northern proves this . we would give it zero stars if we could because its not even ever open!! utter rubbish. 0 out of 100...actually having the place OPEN would be a start to improving this pathetic overfunded dump. yes, it has to be OPEN!! Like Derr!! braindead. !!!!

I have not had a good experience waiting for a support coordinator. It's been around 6 weeks now.
