This place is the most welcoming and professional GP clinic I have attended. Started from the receptionist who is very caring and talked patiently with me to the Doctor who was a fantastic listener and had amazing levels of medical knowledge. The clinic is very clean, and a lot of attention to detail in every corner. Every time I called they picked up the phone without delay. Booking an appointment is very easy and quick online. Dr is gentle, knowledgeable, and provides detailed but easy to understand explanations. We were taken care of every time we went, and my experience is very positive.

Kind caring doctor who listens to what you need and your concerns. Made himself available for a telephone consult when there were no available appointments. The clinic is clearly setup for Japanese people but don't be intimidated by this if you are looking for a long term doctor if you have complex health needs. All the staff are super friendly and have a pathology collecting service as well within their office if you need any tests performed.

One of the best clinics we have ever been to, in terms of the doctor’s knowledge, the other staff’s patience, and the environment. my daughter was not feeling 100% and we were a bit concerned if it was Kawasaki disease. The doctor patiently did the examination and explained why he ruled out Kawasaki disease. He gave us helpful advice about how to relieve my daughter’s itchiness symptoms. highly recommend this clinic
