Issy was great,, explained to me what she was doing prior to each step and what I could expect to feel, asked how my face was feeling and asked me to rate the pain if there was any between 0-10. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in to when I walked out.
The new premises has a beautiful calming vibe, the staff are professional, welcoming and are more than happy to answer any questions
