Staff are helpful, the Doctor was excellent and informative and professional. Did a thorough assessment of my skin and I have a lot of moles. Only downside was the money side of things even though it was rebated. It is starting to get expensive. But it is worth the piece of mind to know that at least for another year my skin will be OK.

On arrival for my appointment, there was minimal waiting time and the doctor was accepting of my concerns. The examination was thorough. What was observed by the doctor was related to me, and a plan was agreed by both of us. I felt involved and contributing to my issue.

Walked in a bit early as I was expecting a lot of paperwork. Was told there were two appointments before me but they hadn’t arrived yet. So the Dr. calls me in, does the inspection and I was out on the street before my appointed starting time. How good was that. 👍😄
