Dr. Wen is very good and knowledgeable—I trust him and feel well taken care of. Just a heads-up: other doctors at the same clinic may charge extra, especially on Saturdays. I was asked to pay $60 when I thought it would be less! Just be careful and double-check the fees ahead of time.

I agree with other reviewers about the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionists. I had a negative experience with them as well. They expect special treatment, and if you don’t comply, they label you as abusive. Yet, they fail to recognise that their own conduct towards patients is not only unprofessional but also dismissive and disrespectful.

Warning: Each GP within the same clinic has their own billing policy, which can be confusing. The receptionist may ask you to pay $90 upfront to see the GP, even when the patient is under 16.

I can only vouch for and recommend Dr. Christina Wong.

Sirius Health is one of the best medical centres in Chatswood. It is very easy to book an appointment online with a chosen doctor. I had a very good experience with Dr. Kwok Wan at this centre. He is a kind and knowledgeable GP who is always willing to help and address your health issues. I highly recommend this place and this doctor!

I have had so many incident where receptionists are being unprofessional at this place. It’s such a shame because doctors are good. Their receptionists are extremely rude, this time they have mixed up my appointment from phone consult to face to face. On the day they called me asking if I am coming to the clinic, and when I explained that I made the phone consult not face to face, immediately they gave me a lesson over the phone saying “next time, you should double check the appointment when you make them!”. So pathetic to the point that I feel like it’s always patients fault? It should be your practice responsibly to check if the appointment was phone or face to face. Also, double check with patient if you are not sure or forgot about what appointment they just made.

Dr. Anthony Chu has been our family doctor for years, and he's simply excellent. He's knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to listen.

His preventive care advice is spot-on, and his team is friendly and efficient.

Some GP bulk bill while quality of service remains. Very reasonable waiting time. Receptionist was very kind and let you know when your app is due and there's 1 person before you.

Alert: extremely rude, inconsiderate and dishonest reception. Made an appointment on one of the weekdays, then came in, got told that I need to pay $100 although the website says only new patient needs to pay, I have been here 2 months before. When asked the receptionist why, she said you are not regular. What kind of nonsense is this? So it’s my fault that I am not regularly sick? And what about the policy on your website? It’s total fraud. Won’t be back. Plenty of decent GPs in chatswood, no need to be arrogant about some basic service which every other John Doe can provide easily.
