booked in to get my daughter vaccinations done, waited 45 minutes after our appointment time to be seen. Got into the room and the nurse states “sorry we’ve used all the vaccines today come back next week” there was no communication with how long i would wait or what could be done. very disappointed and will not be coming back. do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I paid big money for doctor Pratt to sit there on Google explaining exactly what I had just googled myself at home. We did blood tests, he said he would call if the results had anything to discuss. 4 months later I have symptoms still and I called up, it turns out he just forgot to call or request another appointment. They then told me I will have to pay top dollar to hear the results as well after failing their duty of care they would like to be paid as well. Not to mention the reception staff are awful and rude. I’m happy to pay any money for help, but paying for someone to sit there stoned at his desk on Google and not following up important results with clients.. that’s disgusting and then asking for further payment after already having not done your job on a satisfactory level or even standard level it’s really bad, the worst practice I’ve ever been to in the world and I’ve been to 3rd world countries.

I also might just note I didn’t opt out of anything, I received a message yesterday to pre fill out a form for Dr Pratt. The fact is you guys just didn’t do your job and I did not abuse or threaten anyone I told the staff that the doctor did a really bad job but there was no abuse at all, you’re just making up excuses in your response because you know by the hundreds of other comments how terrible your staff are. How do you even take pride in yourself running a scam business like this? Then when people complain you accuse them of making threats and abuse? Just do your job and people won’t be upset. Look at all your other replies on peoples comments calling them liars and accusing them of threatening you, maybe admit fault and look into your staff instead of fighting the public on their personal experiences via comments on here that cannot be responded to 🙂

Dr Nicholas Krasner was incredibly kind and friendly. He took the time to listen and ensure I was comfortable and happy with everything. The receptionist was also lovely. A great experience!

The receptionists are unfriendly even rude at times. The doctor forgot to give me the x ray forms he said he would . When I looked at my paper work and referrals from him, I called on 2 occasions after my appointment to ask could this be sent/emailed to me. The receptionist was rude on the phone and I didn't hear anything back, so called again a week later. The receptionist told me the doctor would get back to me when he has the time. That was about a month ago. I also followed up by email 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.....

Reception staff have sticks up there bums, it's kind of funny how they all have an attitude.

The reception staff was happy to blantly bad mouth another patient right in front of me as I was going to pay. I was thinking gee should I be listening to this crap wheres the professionalism.

Doctors care is pretty poor aswell + very pricey.

Overall pretty poor Clinic, use somewhere else.

Please don't book here!! Terrible experience. The GP I had my telehealth appt with was rude, patronizing and hung up on me. Not only was I charged a ridiculous amount, plus I had to actually prove payment as they denied receiving it- even though it was over the phone and confirmed by the receptionist at the time. Paid $230 for 2 appts, one only rebated. Then results not given ..despite having been hospitalised -due to my refusal to pay another $100!!! Disgusting.

Receptionist very rude. I was at terrywhite chemist when I had en elderly man approach me asking if I knew where the doctors were. I assumed he meant the ones next door. I realised they were shut and discovered he actually meant this clinic nearby. He was very short of breath, so I did not want him walking around trying to find this clinic. I called up and asked for directions. Lady receptionist cut me off and said they don’t do walk ins. I tried to ask if she could talk to the man herself ( so she could hear he was elderly) she told me no we don’t do walks ins. I then had to say in front of this man to the lady that he was elderly. She finally started to be helpful and explain where the practice was for the future. Turns out his poor wife was short of breath and wanted to see a doctor. Luckily they went back into the chemist who helped them by printing off directions to the hospital.

I think your receptionist should get a new job if she can not fulfil her role and actually be helpful to people who call up

Have been here serial times, the doctor is always running late. Like 30-40 mins like what's the point of booking a time, atleast call the the patient and let them know, because your just wasting everyone's time.
