Frank is not only rude, but a former solicitor who was removed from the law society.There is a court case, as for Lee, most misleading amount of conduct .
Worst strata management. Do Not take on as strata managers ?Ian is lee’s half brother and no they don’t have 60 years combined knowledge, unless you count misleading, deception, as knowledge

Rude, arrogant and appauling service from Frank. Hangs up when asking if he can check for an email regarding damage to a vehicle that was sent a week ago. Yet replies in minutes regarding a bathroom issue go figure!

Arrogant owner. Poor service. Abuse of fee structure with threats to managing agents to charge their landlords for extra levies because they have the “power” to do so.
