When corresponding with their practice via email I found them incredibly unprofessional. No attempt to use proper grammar, capital letters or full stops, not just once or twice but literally every sentence of their email. Not to mention using phrases like “pls”.

Considering the type of services offered, I expected some level of professionalism higher than what was demonstrated.

I typically don't leave reviews or complain about customer service as I am empathetic having worked in similar positions, but this was ridiculous.

Terrible service, I felt unheard when speaking with Dr Singh, he was rude at times and didn't listen to what I had to say. Please dont waste your time with this service as you will not only receive the wrong diagnosis, but you will be told to go somewhere else for a second opinion. Pointless and a waste of money. I understand they have to follow guidelines etc, but there's no excuse for not addressing issues accordingly, whatever Simplify Psychiatry have to say at this point is just noise, and they are in damage control. It was two years ago that i received the wrong diagnosis, hence why i didnt return. I was given the wrong diagnosis and there is no excuse for that, you will not be listened to they are just after a quick dollar, Dr Singh at Simplify Psychiatry simply sucks.

Dr. Greg Sawyer is very professional and experienced in children's mental health and diagnosing my son's condition. My son connects with him really well and Greg is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Dr. Sawyer.
The owners of the practice need to work on their billing processes as it can be frustrating.

Dr jaspreet Singh and the team are wonderful, caring, professional and so caring and gentle in their approach. We are currently working with Dr Jaspreet singh and Ms Surpreet cheema both of them are absolute gem! I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

Unprofessional psychiatrist dr Munir . Diagnosed me with bipolar after just 40 minutes of speaking to me when I had a referral to be tested for ADHD ! I then got a second opinion at his request! and got diagnosed by a psychologist who specialises in ADHD, with ADHD inattentiveness and hyperactivity after a thorough 2 hour assessment! Went back to him with the results, and he refused to believe it was true ! Would not listen ! And proceeded on wanting to put me on antipsychotics!! Don't waste your time and money here ! He just did not want to be wrong and was not happy that another mental health professional had found a different diagnosis! Worst psychiatrist.
