My brother in law has been looked after the staff are amazing every facility struggles with having enough staff I know . They do their best and that matters .

The staff of Hospice are some of the greatest, most valuable people I've ever met. The way they cared not only for my Mum during her last 4 days, but also for us was just amazing. They all deserve a massive pay rise in my eyes 🥰 Thankyou to those beautiful staff members 💖

Absolutely disgraceful place.
This place is meant to handle patients with behavioural issues. My family member stayed two nights before being kicked out to Bendigo health and left us with a $7000 food bill and accommodation costs for the time they weren’t there.
Same family member was also locked outside for six hours in the rain and freezing winter cold waiting for ambulance to arrive.
