Booked for flu shot yet the nurse ask for any medical conditions which I don’t have , she wanted prescriptions from doctor to have me jab or I have to go go pharmaceuticals for the flu shot . I already fill the form for medical conditions before I came visit , what a waste of time

I went silvertone medical centre for Covid 19 vaccine 3rd dose , they charge me 80$ for doctor appointment.
As we know Covid vaccine is from for people living in Australia either u have Medicare or not u have citizen or any visa . The nurse is so cooperative but the overall systeem is corrupt of this medical centre .
They gave me invoice of dr David abeselmalak and we don’t know who’s this doctor never met him

Overall a great doctor's clinic, Dr Atef is my usual doctor, He's great and super friendly as for all staff there.
The only issue is the wait times can be quite long even if booking an appointment you will still most likely be waiting for some time.
They are a popular and busy local doctors.

The waiting times are ludicrous. Never get a telehealth appointment here. They have nothing but contempt for your time. I've waited for over four hours for the doctor to call. The waiting times in person are terrible too.
The competency of the medical staff leaves a lot to be desired especially Dr Rachel.

When I call up I am often given a same day appointment! The waiting time can vary but it seems to be quick. Dr. Peter was the one I saw most but he no longer works there, he was always polite and respectful. The rest of the clinic seems lovely.

The doctors are really nice and respectful. Sometimes the wait can be a while but thats like that with any doctors you go to. if they take a while it means they really care about their parients. It means they will sit there and explain things to you until you understand and if they take a long time with someone else it means they will take time for you if its appropriate.
I find that they're also really good with kids.
This has been my clinic for over 10 years and until i move out of the area they will continue to be my doctors of preference.

Highly recommend this clinic if you are after a personal and respectful relationship with the doctors. Have been for numerous reasons and always treated with open ears and doctors not afraid to delve deeper or investigate if they or you feel necessary. Thank you especially to Dr Rachel!
