I never ever have a bad experience at this doctors. The staff are exceptional here, kind caring and personable. Very clean waiting area, on time appointments. Best of all the doctors there take the time to get to know their patients and really do care and take the time to get it right. Before I attended this doctor I had looked around for years for a family doctor that I could return to that would take the time to understand my conditions. Very fortunate to have found this clinic. Highly recommend for complex health needs and women’s health.

My 4yo had her vaccination today and Nurse Laura was absolutely amazing. Very good with children and she really knew how to make my child feel comfortable before giving her a needle. No tears, all smiles. Thank you Nurse Laura!!

After having a fall on Sunday, then travelling 3 hours to Ipswich for work, I was grateful to be able to get an appointment to get my shoulder checked over as it was hurting.

I got in a a great time and was referred for an x-ray.

The receptionist was friendly, engaging and helpful.

My Doctor was thorough and helpful.

So grateful the surgery could fit me in, I had been trying to see a doctor at the surgery I’ve been going to for 10 years, but they had no appointments. The doctor I saw went above and beyond to help me. Wonderful practice, will be transferring to them permanently. Love that they are open on a Sunday!

Very happy with these Doctors.Easy to book the appointment, fairly quick waiting time to see the Dr and staff were friendly and helpful.
It was also convenient to have a pathology collection in the surgery for blood test and a chemist downstairs.
Dr was very thorough and approachable.

The front desk staff are lovely, the 2 doctors I've seen here are consistently lovely, everything is just, well, lovely. The doctors really listened to me. Ok, there's often a wait, but it's because they're giving the same care and respect to all of their patients that I know I'll get too, and I'm quite prepared to wait for that.

The reception staff were accommodating and Dr Peddireddy is a true gentleman who takes the time to listen to his patients. Yes, this means you may need to wait slightly past your expected appointment time to be seen, but it is much better than the alternative in my opinion. Very happy with this practice.

I have to say that Dr Peddireddy is the best Doctor I have ever visited. He is so caring and considerate and listens to what you have to discuss. Also the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Silkstone Doctors.
